We have the capacity to pack from 2 ml to 30ml Vials & from 1 ml to 20ml Ampoules. The Present Manufacturing Capacity can produce and fill about 30 million vials, 27 million ampoules & 30 million dry powders (Beta- Lactam) per annum.

OUR PACKAGING FACILITY

Our packaging department is managed by a team of experienced employees who have gained expertise in maintaining packaging quality to match international standards. The department is involved in blister packing vial and ampoules. The department is also equipped with machines to print labels for vials, ampoules with camera detection and verification of labelling accuracy of carton packing with proper track and trace system. 

The key feature of our packaging unit is that we have installed all our machines in a sequential manner which cuts down extra work load on our employees for them to be productive. We have installed air cutters for dust removal which in return makes machines more efficient. We have even established a secondary packaging area for better segregation of packaging line for each of our product. We have even established severe control and check norms at final packaging.
